Security Roles - Specifically Check in Configuration and Deleting other users reports

Hi there! I am checking to see if someone can help me with an issue I am having with security roles. I am the Director of Early Childhood at my church, and my EP would like me to have access to check in configuration. However, the only way we can figure to give me this is to make me a full admin - but I don't want or need the financial security clearance. How do I get full admin tools access without financial access?

Also, how do I delete dataviews, groups and reports made by a person who is no longer with our church? My EP is fine with me having this ability, but so far all we can turn on is the ability for me to copy his work, not delete it. 

I appreciate any help that is available!

    Regarding needing access to check-in config... the way I would handle this would be to create a new menu somewhere (under Tools, or maybe under a new top-level menu) that has a page that does nothing but redirect to the Admin | Check-in page (or check-in config page if that's all you need access-to). Then assuming you're in a role that has rights to the new menu page AND the check-in page, you should be fine. The only reason you "need to be an admin" is because the check-in config pages are under the Admin menu structure, but by using a redirect page you can bypass the need to "get there via the admin menu."
