finance manual entry - anyone willing to show us how you use ROCK RMS in real life?

Hi Super Rock RMS community!

We are super excited to be using ROCK RMS soon in our church.  One of our keys is understanding the finance entry better. W e are currently using a home-gorwn solution that only uses one screen for all data entry on finances when manual entering in financial giving from the weekend.


We are trying to resolve the flow in ROCK RMS and would be totally interested if anyone can jump on a google hangout and show us how they flow through their giving manual entry process in ROCK RMS.  Of course you would not have to use real data, but just an example of how you do it would help us out a ton.
