Using the Same Twilio Number for SMS with Multiple Response Participants

Under "SMS Reply To" values in the "Communications" settings, we created multiple users using the same Twilio number. Each user has their own particular response participant. The original user we created receives replies back to the correct response recipient. The second user we created, using the same Twilio number, does not receive replies at all to the response participant. Any idea how we might get this to work? Thanks for your help!

    The same "SMS Reply To" number can't actually be shared between two people like that.  I've never tried this before, but you would have to do something like: create a custom workflow/handler that would accept the response, and then create new SMS messages to all 'shared response recipients'.  It seems like you will run into trouble when either one of them (or multiple) start responding (or attempt a back-and-fourth response thread) due to the way the response codes work: https://www.rockrms.com/Rock/BookContent/8/130#smsreplies
