Reprint Checkin Name Tags

Right now with check in if we want to reprint a badge, we need to re-check the kid in and a new security code gets produced. 

It would be awesome if they are already checked in, they would keep the same security code for that entire morning so that when the parents come back with the parent tag, it still matches the kids. 

It would be awesome to have a reprint feature within the checkin manager, so not everyone has access to be able to reprint, that allows you to take a look at what the kids tag was and spits out a duplicate tag.
