We have a very outreach focused youth ministry but students often don't want to give much information there first few visits. I would love if we could flag attributes to ask for more information at check-in. 

Just a quick form that popped up and said "we would love to get to know you better. Would you be willing to fill in a few details for us?". Then the blank forms. 

Some fields i would love:

  • Parents names/information
  • Address
  • Phone number
  • Email address 

We use the kingdom first plug-in but i think this would be nice in both.
