Suppress Mobile Phone When Adding Child in Registration Mode

We would like Registration Mode on a kiosk to allow the request of mobile phone for the *child* to be configurable (shown or hidden). In our org, we try to never add a mobile phone to a child because 99% of the time that mobile phone is not really "theirs" (but the parents', etc) and adding a number to a child that it does not really belong to can wreak havoc with things like Text2Workflow when Rock tries to match a number to a person.

Here we rely solely on parent/child and can-checkin relationships between adults and children to allow them to check in (parent uses THEIR number, child record needs no number at all.)
