Allow email template to set subject from Communication Name using Lava

Communication

What: (1) When adding or editing an email template, allow the Email  Subject to be set to Lava like {{ CommunicationName }}, where
{{ CommunicationName }} will be the name of the New Email workflow Communication Name.

(2) When a template is used in the New Communication workflow, and the template Subject is Lava {{ CommunicationName }} set the Email Subject to the Communication Name, or to blank if not set, or to blank if the communication is a Simple Communication.

Why:  Allows use to default an Email Wizard email subject to be the same as the Communication Name.  I'm finding that for many emails I'm sending using templates, the subject of the email is the same, or very similar to the Communication Name.  E.g. "Day x - 21 Days of Prayer and Fasting."
