Family Edit block improvements

I'd like to see the family edit block updated with the following changes (any combination would be great!):

1. Add ability to update connection status for each family member just like the "Record Status" field does

2. Add ability to turn off/on the options to edit Record Status, Family Status, Connection Status

3. Add separate security settings to allow lock down the above options while still allowing staff access to family edit screen (add/remove people, update family attributes, move address)
