iPad check-in app power management features

We use other iPad "kiosk" type apps that include some power management features such as overriding the system sleep settings to keep the screen on and going into a low power mode and dimming the screen when no schedules are active.  The app that does this best is Teem (conference room management).

These settings would need to be centrally controlled from the server.
