Using Bootstrap 4 + other technologies

We are contemplating buying a bootstrap theme to update our website. The theme says...

"Bootstrap 4 template is built using modern tools: Gulp, PUG(Jade – high performance template engine), SASS, HTML5 and CSS3."

Would that work with Rock?

Jon, I realize you asked a while ago, but no one has replied yet ... ;)

Rock does not use Bootstrap 4, it uses Bootstrap 3. So, I doubt it would be compatible.
