How do I add one of my new attributes to the bulk update page so I can update several records at once?

Edit the Bulk Update block on the Bulk Update page and you will be able to select any Attribute Categories you want to expose to Bulk Update. Note that this block honors attribute rights, so if you don't have the ability to edit an attribute you can't bulk update it.
