WHAT

Just like being able to set a Maximum Attendees on the event instance I would also like to be able to set a maximum number for the Wait list. 

WHY

The reason I would like to do this is I know there are some events where demand is going to be high. Having a waitlist is a great idea but it can also provide a false sense of hope that they will actually get to attend the event.

HOW

The maximum on waitlist would go ahead and automatically close the registration. This would also be a selectable option just like the waitlist itself.
