NCOA Runs Should Generate a Receipt

The NCOA integration is extremely helpful, and it saves us money on postage every time we run it. However, it's difficult to get the cost reimbursed because it does not generate any usable receipt. Ideally each run would be accompanied by a receipt that could be turned into a finance office. This could happen on our local instance or in the "Organization" tab on the RockRMS website.

Receipts for Spark Data can now be accessed through the Spark Data menu inside of your organization on the Rock community website.
