Signature Documents Optionally Assigned to Registration Instance

Registrations is awesome; signature docs are awesome. 

If the Signature Doc could be optionally assigned to a Registration Instance (similarly to how Costs/Payments can be "set on" either the Template or on the Instance) this would permit extended reusability of the Templates for repeating events that require a new document to be signed.
