First time poster, so please forgive any faux pas in my attempt here.

I'm trying to help my Finance Team with an issue they've just run across with their check scanning. They have been using one scanner for both their bank application as well as Rock and everything was working great....until....the bank had an update for the scanning software on their side. Now the Rock Scanner application is no longer recognizing the scanner nor will it recognize a new scanner we tried to throw in as a workaround. We installed the software for the new scanner and verified it is communicating with the computer and scanning checks as expected, but the Rock Scanner app still won't recognize it. My assumption is that the Ranger drivers have been corrupted by the bank update, but trying to find those is along the lines of trying to find the Ark of the Covenant. Has anyone else had a similar issue and found a workable solution?
