Tithe Showing Under Wrong User

I just received a message from a past member of our church that whenever another member tithes, she receives a notification for it. Unfortunately I have gone through all of the settings and cannot figure out why she is receiving notifications for tithe of another member. Any ideas?

    Hi Britanni - by notification, I believe you are meaning the receipt email, but let me know if that is not the case. IT sounds like there could be an issue where the person records were crossed at some point - could both people have the same email, phone number, or payment method saved? Was a previous contribution matched to the wrong person and now future contributions are following that same match logic? It could be helpful to find the first incorrectly attributed tithe and check the audit/history to see if the names cross there, then check the person history pages for any further matches. If you can post some screenshots of the contribution info (you can redact as much as needed), that could be helpful for troubleshooting help as well!
