Issue Adding Images to Home Page Scrolling

I can't seem to get a picture to load in the content on the homepage. I've found the area to change text and such.

What am I missing?

In Rock- Go to the the wrench icon on the left hand navigation - then select the Content link. From there choose External Website Ads. You should be able to add a new Ad to that content area.

Thanks! I got that far. However, it's not posting the picture that I want shown with the ad.
