Removing members from groups externally by group type

We would like the ability for certain types of groups to allow the leaders to delete or Archive members of groups so I would like for this to be controlled in the group type settings where the leader is given the rights to manage members rather than the block of the Leader Toolbox. Having the setting in the block does not allow it to be managed by the specific group type as easily. This would cause us to have different pages for different group type leader toolboxes. We allow lots of our leaders to see their groups in one leader toolbox.
