Benevolence Requests: Increase number of files that can be attached.

14.0 Finance Complete

At present, benevolence requests can only have six files attached per request. This worked for us for a long time (we rarely had more than one or two), but we've recently begun a partnership that requires more paperwork (8 or 9 different files per request). The document limit seems to be hard-coded.

It seems like this limit should be configurable by an administrator, either in the block settings or in general variables.

With the new Benevolence Types feature in v14, you can now control this via the new Maximum Number of Documents setting on the Benevolence Type detail. This feature should appear in the next pre-alpha release (1.14.0.14) https://prealpha.rocksolidchurchdemo.com/finance/benevolence/types/1
