Change Previous Last Name to Alternate Last Name

Just a minor thing, but we use the Previous Last Name field for multiple versions of their last name

Susan Thomas-Smith (Previous: Jones) might now be married to Frank Jones so we'll have in her previous last names: Jones, Thomas, Smith, Thomas-Smith since she is likely to get it switched by accident regularly and even though she never legally had the last name of Jones someone may think she does if they know her husband.
