Editing Settings for Check-In

I am trying to set up our check in system, and I am following the steps in the "Checking-out Check-in" document. I am in the "Settings" area (https://www.rockrms.com/Rock/BookContent/10/68#settings )... and I cant seem to find the "Edit button". Am I completely just overlooking it?

    Gordon-

    When you edit a Check-In Configuration (under Admin | Check-In) you should see an edit button like so. By default the only role with access to that page/block is RSR - Rock Administrator. Are you in that role?
