Setting up Protect My Ministry

Is there anything complicated about setting up Protect My Ministry?  As I was filling out the information on their site, there was an option to pay a fee for assistance.  Their representative also mentioned that Rock was a difficult integration and recommended choosing that option. 

Anybody go through this recently?

    It's been a while... and our account was originally setup for another ChMS, but it wasn't terribly complicated to get it working in Rock.  We're fairly technical and had been working with PMM for a while... and unless a bill was paid without me seeing, we didn't incur a charge.

    My $0.02:  I'd negotiate a number of prepaid *and deeply discounted* checks in exchange for integration assistance, and then compare them to CheckR.

    I wouldn't worry about paying for additional assistance. Many people just need to add the login information Protect My Ministry sends you into the PMM account area in Rock. If you are worried about whether everything was set up correctly they do allow you to send a test check (make sure you follow their instructions for testing or you will be charged whether it was a test or not).
