Twilio 10DLC compliance -guidance on Registering Campaign

Hello all!

First thank you SO MUCH for even stopping to read!

Due to personnel changes, and lost communications, I'm behind the power curve on our Twilio 10DLC registration. I'm somewhat crippled, in that I did not perform the original Twilio <-> Rock implementation, so I'm somewhat cautious in that I don't want to break the current implementation with Rock as I bring it into compliance.

Currently waiting on Twilio Brand Registration (apparently immediate or up to 7 days.)

Next will be Campaign registration once Brand Registration is validated. I started to take a look at those items, and that's where I need some guidance. It looks like brand registration being pending now won't let me access Campaign Registration, so this is from memory - but does anyone have any notes as to what they used as example texts in the form submission? Answers seemed to focus mostly around password resets, not sending information to constituents about church events, registration, etc. Since it says it can take 3 weeks, I want to submit it as correctly as possible. And is "Sole Proprietor" the correct type of campaign? It's the only choice offered to me.

I apologize if I've missed any already existing posts on this - I did my best to search first.

Thank you!

~Bryan

We have a few campaigns based on what our webhooks are... but the primary takeaway is that you want to make sure you are a "nonprofit" customer with a "charity" use case on campaigns. Some of ours look like this:
    -----------------

    Description
Confirmation messages or replies to people texting keywords that trigger workflows.
    Sending messages with embedded links?
    Yes
Sending messages with embedded phone numbers?
    Yes
    Message Sample #1
Thank you for your interest. You've been added to the campaign.

    -------------

    Description
Communication between serving teams, to groups of people, or inviting people to get involved.
    Sending messages with embedded links?
    Yes
Sending messages with embedded phone numbers?
    Yes

Hey Student team, remember the event is tonight at 7pm. Bring a snack and a smile! If you haven't registered yet, sign up at https://yourchurchhere.com
    Message Sample #2
Don’t forget student night tonight at your campus! Your group leaders can't wait to see you!

    Hi Brian.

This may or not be helpful but here's our campaign that we use for all our long codes. I went into this blind and muddled my way through it so I might not have the best example.

Thank you Brent and Carrie! truly appreciate iut.

Every time I log into Twilio, the steps to verification seem to have changed - I'm assuming they are frantically adding information gathering steps to streamline the process. Our business verification step just failed, they need us ti submit an IRS 990 or non profit determination - but we're inching closer. Thank you!
