Will each separate church that make up the bigger organization have a different database?

Will each location have a separate database specific to their church? Or will everything be under one bigger database for all locations? 

A use case that came up was, "What if i want to Search for a member in our Fort Worth Church but I am registered under the Miami Church, will I be able to find them?"

Will this be possible or will they be limited to an instance of a database specific to that location?

    Hi Victor,

    Great question!

    In general, each church organization will have its own unique database and installation. 

    Churches that are multi-campus will probably have a single installation and use the "Campus" attribute to assign individuals to one campus or another.  Using your example, if your church were to have a Ft. Worth campus and a Miami campus, but operate using a single database, you could use the campus attribute to filter the search results which will help ensure you've found the individual(s) you are looking for.

    Yeah that's great I figured that would be the best way to approach it. I guess when I get my implementation team together I will have to figure out a way to get the organization internationally as whole behind this project to get richest and most complete data possible. Great work you guys!
