Your organization does more than manage data. Spark Connected Services links Rock to services the Spark Development Network hosts for you, so those tools work inside Rock instead of alongside it. Your data stays in one place, and your team keeps one login. Each service is billed to your organization through the community site. You link your organization once, add a payment method once, then turn services on as you need them. What you can connect Rock IQ - The service behind Rock’s AI features. Nothing AI in Rock works until Rock IQ is enabled. For that setup, see Enable Rock IQ. More services will appear here over time. Rock refreshes this list nightly, so Services shows whatever Spark currently publishes for your organization. Open Spark Connect Services Signed in as an administrator, go to Admin Tools > Settings > Spark Connect Services. Link your organization Rock connects to these services through your organization on the Spark Development Network community site, so Rock has to know which organization it belongs to. This is a one-time step. If someone on your team has already linked your organization, skip ahead to adding a payment method. Select Link your organization to continue. Choose Link Organization again, this time in the Rock Shop. On the community site, choose the organization that matches your logged-in profile, enter your Average Attendance, then select Link Organization. For more on this stat, see the Total Weekend Attendance section of our Intro to Metrics article. Add a payment method Services need a credit card on file before any of them will turn on. Add one in the Credit Cards section of your organization on the community site, under Organization Settings > Credit Cards. The same card covers Rock Shop purchases. Rock shows the card on the Spark Connect Services page once it is on file, along with a warning when it has expired. Update an expired card in that same Credit Cards section so service does not pause. Turn on a service With your organization linked and a card on file, each available service appears under Services with its own Enable action.
