What you get

• Case Board with a phase stepper and a first-class loop through Facts, Probability Tree, Experiments, and Reevaluate; a cause is confirmed only beyond a reasonable doubt.
• Witness statements requested by email for Rock people or recorded manually for anyone outside Rock, with attachments and links; every statement can be promoted to the fact list with corroboration tracked.
• Simple and Advanced modes so easy problems stay light while difficult ones get the full method, including Champion sign-off; gate minimums are block settings you control.
• Closure: required postmortem, searchable archive, PDF export of the full case file, and a follow-up job that asks whether the fix actually held.
• REST API so a monitoring script can open a case and seed facts without touching the UI.

Standard Rock entity security with per-case overrides, a seeded security role, and two scheduled jobs. Self-contained; no core modifications.
