Exporting data from Rock takes one click. A grid of names, addresses, giving or attendance can be downloaded to Excel or CSV in seconds, and in the age of AI that file can be pasted into an AI tool just as quickly. Out of the box, Rock keeps no record of any of it. Export Watch gives your administrators a clear view of what data is leaving your Rock instance, who exported it, and when.

What does it solve?
Export Watch records every grid export (Export to Excel, Export to CSV and merge documents) across both classic and Obsidian grids, including who exported it, which page it came from, how many rows it held, and which columns were included. The people responsible for your data can get an email for each export or a daily digest, and look back at every export on a Data Exports report. It never blocks or slows down an export, so your team keeps working the way they do today.
