Sponsor Requirements

  • Set up time on the afternoon of September 22, time TBD
  • Tear down time on September 24, 6:00-8:00 pm
  • Conference hours are September 23-24, 8:00 am – 6:00 pm
  • Cancellations can be processed for an 50% refund through June 1. All cancellations after that point cannot be refunded due to costs and commitments for the event space.
  • Loading instructions will be sent closer to event time.
  • Vector logo file.
