Package Description

omniLingua is a Rock plugin that translates visitor-facing pages on demand. Admins enter source-text and translated-text pairs through the Rock UI, drop the language toggle on a public page, and visitors switch languages with one click. No code changes, no theme edits, no Defined Types to wrangle.

• Server-side initial paint. OWIN middleware intercepts page responses and translates the HTML before it leaves the server..
• Live client-side switching. A small JavaScript engine handles language toggling without a page reload, plus any content rendered after page load (Obsidian blocks, AJAX-loaded fragments).

You scope where each translation applies at the Site level, the Page level, or for a specific Registration. Per-pair conditions (campus, authenticated state, time windows) give fine-grained control on top of that.

You can share translation pairs so you don't have to start from scratch, with the ability to import and export you can easily bring non admin volunteers to submit translations via spreadsheet that you can import.
