Package Description

Parent Page puts a number board in your worship venue. When children's ministry needs a parent, a volunteer pages them from Check-in Manager and the family's number appears on a TV instantly.

Features

• Page from Check-in Manager: a Page Parent block on the Check-in Manager person page lists the child's check-ins for today. One click puts the number on the board.
• Choose the number: each board shows the check-in security code, the family Id, or any family attribute (such as a pager number). Changing it updates the board immediately.
• Custom codes: put any short code on the board from the Number Board Manager.
• Big, simple display: one number fills a black screen. When several parents are paged, the numbers rotate automatically.
• Elevate: if a parent hasn't come, elevate the page. It moves to the front, a white border pulses around the screen and the child's first name appears. Normal pages only show the number.
• A board per campus: each page goes to the board of the campus the child was checked in at.
• Instant updates with Rock RealTime, with automatic polling as a safety net.
• Optional texting: tick Also text parents when paging to text the adults in the child's family, from the phone number you choose, with a message you can customize (Lava). Off by default.
• Automatic end-of-day clearing: yesterday's pages never show up on the board the next day.
• Audit history and summary stats: who paged, elevated, texted and cleared each request, and when. Totals, the elevated percentage, average and median time to clear, and breakdowns by room and day. History is purged after 90 days by default (configurable).
• Built for Rock: Obsidian blocks, plugin migrations, standard Rock security and a full uninstall script.
