Why Trinity moved their Digital Strategy to Rock
Before moving to Rock, Trinity relied on a collection of systems that lacked integration between platforms and across campuses. Managing data across platforms drained significant time and effort, limited personalization, and made it difficult to maintain a unified experience for people engaging with the church.
At the time, their online presence centered on a static app and website primarily used for content delivery and giving. While functional, this approach didn’t support Trinity’s broader vision for consistent, daily engagement. Recognizing the need for a more connected and scalable foundation, Trinity turned to Rock to unify their systems and support their growing ministry and technical ambition.
