Purchase Authorization

If you've gotten an error message indicating that you don't have authorization to purchase for your organization, we'll just have to click a few buttons to fix that for you. Send a quick message to info@sparkdevnetwork.org and we'll have you up and running in no time.

Plug-In Documentation

So you've downloaded the cool new tool but need a few pointers on how it works. Never fear - the documentation is here. Just head over to the Rock Shop under Admin Tools > Rock Shop and click on the plug-in you purchased. On that plug-in page you should find a documentation link on the left side. Start here if you have questions about the app. Chances are good you'll find the answer you're looking for.

Plug-In Issues and Support

If your app experiences problems after an upgrade or seems to have a bug, you should contact the app developer directly. You can find the name of the developer and a support link on the plug-in page in the Rock Shop. The core development team won't be able to fix this for you if the code was written by a third party. That developer solely maintains their code, and is the best contact for all issues and support questions.
